A 1988 graduate of VA Tech, Paul has developed an expertise for designing electrical and mechanical systems for new and retrofit buildings along with expertise to evaluate energy usage to ensure facilities operate at peak efficiency. This will help you achieve ongoing sustainability for your projects.
As a member of IESNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, and NSPE, Paul maintains contacts with fellow authorities in the mechanical engineering community. His efforts are seen in better LED lighting designs, improved HVAC comfort and indoor air quality, reduced overall energy consumption, and improved life-cycle costs of equipment.
A 1969 graduate of NC State, Bill began working for Louis M. Bouvier, PE. Mr. Bouvier began his engineering firm in 1953 and subsequently worked on many school and university projects. Bill developed the skills for designing MEP systems and took over the company upon Mr. Bouvier’s retirement.
As a member of IEEE, ASHRAE, NFPA, and NSPE, Bill maintains contacts with fellow authorities in the engineering community. Bill acquired tremendous expertise and experience designing schools, universities, multi-family, municipal and retail facilities. Bill also completed quite a few worship facilities.
